Madison Properties Closes on Land for Next Phase of Canal District Redevelopment
With construction wrapping up on The Revington, Madison Properties has finalized a 20-year lease for the Polar Park parking garage and closed on the land for the planned life science development within the larger project. The lab building is set to feature more than 170,000 square feet of lab and office space and 11,000 square feet of retail. The Revington will include over 200 modern apartments along with an array of exclusive community features including a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Polar Park.
