MGM Springfield to be Sold in $17 Billion Transaction
MGM Resorts International has announced it will sell its real estate holdings division to Vici Properties for $17,200,000,000. The transaction will include MGM Springfield Redevelopment, LLC, who are currently selling MGM Springfield for $400 million.
The $960 million casino and entertainment venue totaling 759,157 square-feet includes a 151,861 square-foot 25-story 250-room hotel to go along with a 126,262 square-foot gaming floor with 2,550 slot machines, 120 gaming tables, a poker room and a “high-limit” gaming area.
