Mixed-Use Development Under Review in Danvers
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 3 parcels located at 63 Maple, 10 School St, & 6 Pillsbury Ave in Danvers. The existing building at 63 Maple would be demolished to make way for a 3-story mixed-use project to include over 7,000 square feet of retail space with 16 residential units on the upper floors. The historic building at 10 School St. originally constructed in 1890 will be retained and renovated to offer 8 residential units. Garages at 6 Pillsbury will be removed to create an open amenity space.
