new in the neighborhood south end

Long known for its brownstones, larger residential projects continue to change the landscape of the South End. Currently, there are over 1,100 residential units under construction with another 550+ approved including what will be Boston's first major co-living project, 7Ink by Ollie. With top restaurants, numerous quaint parks, and art studios and galleries, the South End continues to be one of Boston's most dynamic neighborhoods. Let's take a look at some of the recently completed and upcoming residential projects.

The one and two-bedroom homes feature modern finishes including Baltic Wood Elite oak flooring, Caesarstone countertops, white gloss cabinetry, and white glass tile backsplashes. The building also has a fully automated parking garage and a landscaped rooftop terrace.

A CO was issued earlier this month for the Holland Companies project which includes 18 condos along with over 30,000 square feet of office space.

The Cosmpolitan

This renovation of the historic Immaculate Conception Church and adjacent Link Building will create 63 apartments just across from the Boston Medical Center. Select residences will feature private outdoor space and most will also offer preserved original details such as arches and stained glass windows. The Cosmpolitan is expected to welcome residents in the coming months.
