New Rendering Revealed for Cypress Hills Mixed-Use Building
A new rendering has been released for a proposed mixed-use building at 3285 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The 7-story structure would contain approximately square feet of senior housing. This would be divided up into AIRS (Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors) units. There will be an additional 2,750 square feet set aside for a new daycare facility on the ground floor.
Developer, and the are currently seeking zoning permits for the project. Their filed application with the NYC Department of Planning requests a rezoning of the lot from an R5/C2-3 to an R7A/C2-4/EC-6 district. The application is now in the public review stage.
