Permit Issued for Reno and Addition to 8 Unit Building at 317-319 W. 3rd in Southie
A permit has been pulled for interior renovations to the 8 residential units at 317-319 West Third Street in South Boston. Along with renovations, the work, valued at $1.7M will also add a new back deck and rear egress to the building and an addition to the front on floors 2-4. The original building was built in 1920.
