Permit Review for Miami's M Tower Is Set To Be Soon
Look at what's to come in Downtown Miami. One of our latest projects, the Miami’s M Tower will be a 57-story, 675 unit apartment tower. The project combines 507,071 square feet of residential space with 10,531 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, sitting atop of a public parking garage next to the I-95 ramp in downtown Miami.
Plans were already approved by the UDRB in August and we are currently working on the Construction Documents. Permit Review Set to be issued soon!
