Plans Filed for 330K+ SF Development at Boynton Yards
Two developers have filed plans for the second phase of development at Boynton Yards. Nicknamed "One Boynton," the second phase of development calls for a 168-foot high rise featuring 320,500 SF of lab/life science space, 9,500 SF of ground-floor retail, and 242 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a 22,360 SF civic park.
