Plans Filed for 90 Unit Project in Fenway
Plans are now under review for a 6-story multifamily development to replace an outdated parking garage at 142-146 St. Mary's Street. The new building would include 90 units with a community lounge and fitness center along with an outdoor terrace. The Transit Oriented site is next to the “D” Greenline stop, and a block from the Beacon Street MBTA “C” Greenline St. Mary’s Street stop. Per the filing, the development team hopes to begin construction in the second half of 2024.
