Plans Filed for New Multifamily Community in Clearwater
A building permit request has been filed with the City of Clearwater for a new multifamily community in Clearwater. Sunset Point Multifamily would offer 270 apartment units. The apartments would be contained in two five-story buildings, with a leasing office and amenities on the ground floor. Other amenities include a pool, deck, pool pavilion and ground level parking.
