Plans Filed for Retail Centers in Davenport, Florida
Arizona-based developer Walton Global Holdings Ltd. has filed plans for two retail centers in Davenport. The two centers will include a grocery store as an anchor with outparcels. DEVCO 72, located south of Ridgewood Lakes Boulevard at the intersection of US 27, will include six outparcels along with the grocery store on a 20-acre site. On the north side of Ridgewood Lakes Boulevard, the LIAM property will have a gas convenience store, restaurant with a drive through and four retail parcels on a 12.64-acre site. The location is close to the Ridgewood Lakes housing community as well as other residential developments.
