Plans Under Review for Multi-Phased Howard University Lot 3 Project
Plans are now under review for the redevelopment of the property commonly referred to as "Howard Lot 3". As shown in the submitted architectural plans the applicant proposes to develop the site in three phases. Phase 1 will consist of a residential building; and Phases 2A, 2B, and 3 will include office use and the proposed experimental research and testing laboratory use.
