Public Review Progresses for Brooklyn Mixed-Use Development
An application for a mixed-use development at 870-888 Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn is currently in the public review stage. Last week an Environmental Assessment Statement was filed. This week, the application was reviewed and certified by the City Planning Commission. It will now be sent to the Community Board for further review. If approved, the application will facilitate the construction of a 17-story building with 228 residential units, and almost 15,000 square feet of retail. A total of eight separate lots would be combined and rezoned if the project is ultimately given the green light.
