BTI Partners, the developer of Westshore Marina District, has sold the retail portion of the development for $12.4 million according to Hillsborough County records. The buyer, Transcentum LLC, appears to linked to a private investor. The At the heart of Westshore Marina District is the town center, designed to activate the waterfront and energize the neighborhood. Marina Landings is home to shops and restaurants that make life in the district convenient and enjoyable. Marina Landings offers District residents and guests an array of shopping, dining, and services, all within a few steps from the residences. The Westshore Marina District is located on the west side of the South Tampa peninsula with a grand entrance and 640 feet of frontage on Gandy Boulevard. Surrounding neighborhoods make up South Tampa’s highest income bracket. Immediate access to Gandy Boulevard and Westshore Boulevard (combined AADT of 70,000). The nearby Lee Roy Selmon Expressway puts the District within a 15-minute drive of the largest business districts in the entire Tampa Bay MSA (Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Gateway/Carillon and Westshore).
