Rhode Island Commerce in Negotiations for Superman Building Redevelopment
is in negotiations with Rhode Island Commerce Corporation to secure funding for the redevelopment of the Superman Building in Providence. Plans call for the conversion of 357,605 SF of vacant office space at 111 Westminster Street into 450 residential units.
