Safehold Acquires Columbia Center Ground Lease for $132M
Safehold has acquired the Ground Lease for 1152 15th Street NW, home to the Columbia Center from The Carr Companies for just over $132M. Columbia Center is a free-standing, 12-story trophy office building completed in 2007. The building offers a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and on-site retail.
