Storage Facility in Ave Maria Sold
The CubeSmart storage facility in Ave Maria, the master-planned community in Collier Couty, was purchased for $13.6 million. The name has been changed to StorQuest Express.
The William Warren Group, a California-based real estate firm that specializes in storage facilities, purchased the 51,000 square-foot facility. The firm operates 32 storage facilities under different brand names in Florida including several in Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Cape Coral, Tarpon Springs and Venice.
The property in Ave Maria, located at 5320 Useppa Drive, is comprised of two one-story buildings. The property was developed by Seagate Development and Barron Collier Cos. Last year, Seagate announced that it had sold two other storage facilities to Public Storage, in Estero and Fort Myers.
