Tampa Developer Unveils Plans for Two Rivers Development
Tampa developer Eisenhower Group, which purchased over 2,000 acres surrounding Hillsborough River State Park in northern Hillsborough County for $35 Million in February, has revealed plans for the development. The land, on the south side of the Pasco County border, will be developed into Stewards at Two Rivers. The Stewards will be comprised of three villages that will include a private county club with recreation, amenities and spa along with estate homes. Additionally, Eisenhower will expand its Two Rivers community in Pasco County south of the border into Hillsborough County. The project is in the design phase with plans to open in 2025.
