Topping Out Ceremony Held at Rustic Road Apartments in Venice
Contractor Fansler Construction celebrated the topping out ceremony at Rustin Road Apartments in Nokomis, Florida. The 303-unit development is located just east of Interstate 75. The $53 million development will feature a number of high-end amenities for residents. The complex will feature nine different floor plans, including 162 one-bedroom, 121 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units. Amenities for the community include a resort-style swimming pool, grill stations, fire pit, a dog park, dog wash station, putting green, fitness center, business center and game room. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
