Updated Plans Presented for Fulton Market Office Tower
Sterling Bay has submitted updated plans for the office tower at 360 N. Green in Fulton Market. The new plans call for a 26- story, 425' tower to feature nearly 500,000 square feet of creative amenity, retail, and office space. Original plans for the site which were approved in 2018 had called for a 21-story tower.
