Redevelopment Underway on 20-Story Cambridge Courthouse Redevelopment
Redevelopment of 40 Thorndike Street is currently underway in East Cambridge as retrofitting progresses on the project. won approval for a redevelopment of the Sullivan Courthouse and Middlesex Jail tower in East Cambridge into a 20-story mixed-use tower featuring 48 affordable units of housing along with nearly 400,000 square feet of technical office space plus retail, restaurant, and community uses.
