Wood Framing Begins on Father Bill's Redevelopment in Quincy
has begun wood framing on the Yawkey Housing Resource Center as development takes off on 39 Broad Street. Part of the Father Bill's and Mainspring redevelopment, plans call for a 36,000 SF affordable housing/mixed-use building that will feature 30 residential units.
