Work to Begin This Summer on Ballston Station Development
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing will take possession of the Central United Methodist Church in late August and plan to begin work on asbestos remediation prior to demolition scheduled for this fall. The project set to replace the church will feature 144 affordable units, a replacement church space, and a childcare center. Construction is expected to last through early 2024.
