Zoning Amendments Sought for Midtown High-rise
The Economic Development Corporation of NYC is seeking zoning map and text amendments for a development at 495 Eleventh Avenue in Midtown. Radson Development will create a mixed-use pair of towers on the site amassing 581,601 square feet. They will contain hotel rooms, affordable housing, offices, retail space, and an area for NYPD vehicle storage. The original single tower concept from 2017 has been switched to a two tower design by FXCollaborative.
