Zoning Progress for Sheepshead Bay Mixed-Use Project
A proposal for a story mixed-use development at 2134 Coyle Street in Brooklyn's Sheepshead Bay neighborhood is slowly progressing through the public review stage. Developer, requested zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a square foot building, containing residential units. The building would also have square feet of retail space, parking spaces, and additional parking spaces for commercial vehicles. The application is now being reviewed by the Borough President after having just received approval from Brooklyn Community Board 15. The Borough President held a public hearing on November 1st and has until November 26th to issue a recommendation to the City Planning Commission.
