The development is comprised of three parcels totaling approximately one acre of land owned by Related Beal. The parcels are located along Charles Street across from the Charles/MGH rapid transit station. A parking garage and the John Jeffries House hotel stand on the parcels.
The current structure will be repurposed into a 66-room, boutique hotel. There will be an extensive renovation and redesign of the existing building and construct a 12,000-square foot addition on the site of the surface parking lot adjacent to Savenor’s Market at Charles and Cambridge streets.
