Chase Bank Acquires Ashland Site for $3M
Chase Bank has acquired 320 Pond Street in Ashland for $3,000,000. The 38,333 square-foot site was home to Mazi restaurant. Chase has won approval for changes to the property to create two commercial spaces, one of which will be home to a Chase Bank branch. The project will also include general enhancements to the property including pedestrian safety and typical property maintenance activities.
