CBRE Lists Arbor Row Development Site
CBRE, on behalf of Washington Property Company, is now marketing a mid-rise development opportunity within Arbor Row in Tysons, VA. The project presents the ability to utilize up to 204,690 square feet of air rights above a concrete podium. In 2021, the current owner completed a set of drawings for a 351-unit project with a high rise & wood frame structure combined until the 8th floor. Now the owner has decided to separate the project into a high-rise multifamily and add a 5-story condo building. They are seeking a developer to construct the mid-rise development on a concrete podium to be provided by the Owner who will also construct the high-rise tower.
