Developer Planning Mixed-Use Tower in Downtown St. Petersburg
Clearwater-based developer Valor Capital has plans for a mixed-use development in downtown St. Petersburg that will offer luxury condominiums tailored to young professionals, according to Valor Capital. The developer indicates that the prices would start in the $500,000’s, which is less than other developments under construction in downtown St. Petersburg. The plans, in the early stages, call for a 27-story tower that would include 10,050 ground-level retail space for high end restaurants and shops. Community amenities would include a pool, fitness center, rooftop bar and pet spa.
