Investcorp Acquires Clearwater Business Park for $38.75 Million
New York-based Investcorp has acquired a business park in Clearwater, Florida for $38.75 million, according Pinellas County records. Public records indicate the seller was Genet Property Group. Waterside Business Center contains 284,170 square feet of industrial and flex space. The property is adjacent to a nature preserve, with the main entrance providing a scenic view of the fountain lake as well as showcased artwork.
