Terra Acquires Stake in Deauville Beach Resort Site
Miami-based Terra has acquired a 25% interest in the development site, 6701 Collins Avenue, the site of the former Deauville Beach Resort which was shuttered in 2017. The property has been demolished and there are plans to redevelop the property. Renderings show two twin towers, including a 125-unit residential tower and a 175-unit hotel. If approved, the tallest tower height would be 375 feet.
