2. 121 Seaport

121 Seaport is a fully-leased, 17-story, 450,000-square-foot tower in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District developed by Skanska USA Commercial Development. The LEED Platinum-certified building will feature 400,000 square feet of Class A office space, soon to be occupied by Internet of Things (IoT) technology provider PTC (250,000 square feet) and Alexion Pharmaceuticals (150,000 square feet), above a two-story, 50,000-square-foot retail podium. Tenant amenities will include a private fitness center and a rooftop terrace with sweeping skyline and harbor views, in addition to an underground parking garage with space for approximately 270 vehicles and 270 bicycles. 3. 6 West Broadway Hotel

4. Exchange South End

Boston – South End

Exchange South End is a proposed 1.6-million-square-foot, LEED Silver-rated commercial development across 5.6 acres in Boston's South End. The Abbey Group, the project’s developer, plans to construct four new buildings consisting of nearly 1.5 million square feet of commercial, technology, and life science research space, 42,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 30,000 square feet of civic and incubator space, centered about a new public park. 1,145 underground garage spaces and 14 ground-level parking spaces would be located on site. Construction of Buildings A and B is expected to begin in Fall 2018 and take 2 years to complete, and Buildings C and D would be built if there is sufficient demand. Learn more >>>

The Benjamin & VIA features 1.5 million square feet of residential and retail space across 3 acres, making it Boston’s largest mixed-use project in over 30 years. Located in the heart of the Seaport District, the luxurious, LEED Silver-certified buildings feature sweeping views of the Boston skyline and Boston Harbor. The Benjamin offers 354 modern apartments, including ultra-luxurious penthouses with private balconies on floors 17-22, with amenities such as two outdoor terraces including a pool terrace overlooking Fort Point Channel. VIA offers 478 apartments geared towards flexible lifestyles with amenities such as work pods and a spacious outdoor terrace. 250,000 square feet of retail are spread across both buildings’ first three stories, with retail such as an Equinox fitness club and Seaport Barbers now open and upcoming retail including The Grand nightclub, Mexican cantina bar and restaurant Scorpion Bar & Restaurant and Tuscan Italian Kitchen & Market. 6. The Hub on Causeway

The Hub on Causeway is a 1.87-million-square-foot mixed-use development featuring three towers with retail, office, hotel and residential uses. Construction of the project will come in three phases, with the first, consisting of 175,000 square feet of creative office space, 210,000 square feet of multi-level retail/restaurant space, 64,000 square feet of TD Garden expansion space, 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, and 540 new underground parking spaces, expected to be completed in late 2018. Phase Two will consist of a 38-story residential tower with about 440 units and a 10-story hotel tower with approximately 260 rooms, while Phase Three calls for a 21-story, 525,000-square-foot office tower. Big Night Entertainment Group and Live Nation New England signed a 31,680-square-foot lease this past August to create a new entertainment venue in the Phase One building featuring a nightclub, a restaurant, a concert venue and bowling. 7. South Bay Town Center

South Bay Town Center is a 720,000-square-foot mixed-use development project opening in 2018 that will transform a 10-acre section of the existing South Bay Center shopping mall in Dorchester. Echelon Seaport is a 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use development consisting of three towers across 3.5 acres in the Seaport District. Two of the project’s towers will contain over 400 combined luxury condominiums, while the third will provide about 300 apartments, with amenities including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, expansive sun decks, engaging courtyards and oversized private terraces. 10. Union Point
