Topping Out Celebrated at The Villages Apartments Phase II
The topping out ceremony was held at The Villages Apartments Phase II, the second phase of the Villages Apartments development located at 890 NW 69th Street in Miami Florida. The development is a second phase of the already existing 150- unit multifamily housing development, which serves residents who qualify at the 60% Area Median Income (AMI) level. In keeping with the needs of the neighborhood, the proposed phase two development plan consists of adding an additional one hundred and twenty (120) quality, affordable housing units to the Liberty City area for families. The unit mix will comprise of a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 750 to 1,150 square feet. The breakdown of the unit mix will be approximately sixteen (16) one-bedrooms, seventy-two (72) two-bedrooms and thirty-two (32) three-bedroom units.
