The project does not include parking as it is adjacent to the MBTA redline.

$6.2M Building Permit Pulled for South Boston Mixed-Use Project With early stages of construction already underway prior to the construction pause, a building permit valued at $6.2M has been pulled for 400 Dorchester St. The project, in Andrew Square, will feature 35 apartments with 3,165 square feet of ground-floor retail. The commercial space will include a 2,535 square foot restaurant. No parking is included on-site.

Core in Place and Framing Underway for 114 Brookside Ave. in JP The concrete core is in place and framing has kicked off for the upcoming 9 unit residential project at 114 Brookside Ave. in Jamaica Plain. The project will feature two 2-bedroom units along with seven three-bedroom homes. The building will also have three creative workspaces, of which two will be offered to previous artist tenants via lottery at below-market rate.

The approved six-story, 35 unit residential building in South Boston's Andrew Square will include 3,165 square feet of ground-floor retail. The commercial space will include a 2,535 square foot restaurant. The unit mix includes 5 studios and 30 one-bedroom units.  Six units will be designated as affordable.

The project would be adjacent to Cedarwood's recently complete 16 Prebel Street .
