Framing Nearly Complete for Market St. Multifamily Project  Framing is nearly complete for the upcoming mixed-use project at 366-368 Market Street in Brighton. The site of the former Brighton Beer Garden will now feature 17 residential units, 17 parking spaces, and 612 sq ft of ground retail space.


90 Ocean Avenue

Framing Complete for 90 Ocean Ave. in Revere Wood framing is in place for the new 75 unit apartment building at 90 Ocean Avenue in Revere. The project will feature 1 & bedroom apartments, just a short walk from the Revere Beach MBTA Station. The 5-story building's roof will feature a common roof deck overlooking the ocean. 


Avid Hotel

Interior Finishing Ongoing for Avid Hotel in Revere While exterior work is nearly complete, interior finishing is also underway for the upcoming Avid Hotel in Revere. The 104 room hotel will also feature a fitness center and business center. Construction is expected to wrap up late summer of this year.

The building will include 50 apartments plus around 1,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a common roof deck with grills and garage parking for 44 cars.

Electrical & Fire Alarm Permits Pulled for 11-19 Walley Street Permits for both electrical and fire alarm install have been pulled for 11-19 Walley Street in East Boston. The new 4-story building will feature 38 apartments, a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms plus a 25 car garage. Amenities on-site will also include a fitness center, common room, and roof deck.


191 and 211 Condor Street

Core in Place & Framing Underway For 191 Condor in East Boston The concrete core is in place and framing is underway at 191 Condor Street in East Boston. 191 Condor will feature 9 condo units, all two bedrooms along with garage parking and a common roof deck. As part of the development, a second building will also be constructed at 211 Condor Street to contain 14 condos with additional garage parking.

Facade Install Underway for 14 Unit Condo Project in South Boston Facade install is underway of the 14 unit condo building just outside Andrew Square at 33-39 Ward Street. The building will be clad in a combination of brick veneer, Arriscraft stone block, Hardiplank siding, and metal paneling at the cornice line of the building. Along with two and three-bedroom condos the building will also include a 15 space at-grade garage.

Framing is complete for the 2 story addition on top of the existing building. When complete the project will include 31 condo units plus 4,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 800 square feet of office space. 21 ground-level parking spaces and storage for 31 bicycles will also be found on-site.
