Special Permit Approved for 525K SF Office/Lab in Somerville The Somerville Planning Board has approved a special permit for the proposed project at 74 Middlesex Avenue adjacent to Assembly Row. The 18-story building would include just under 500,000 square feet of office/lab/R&D space along with 27,000 square feet of retail uses. A below-grade would include space for up to 350 vehicles.

Construction Ongoing for Fieldstone Way in Wellesley Various stages of construction are ongoing across the 12 acre Fieldstone Way project in Wellesley. The development will feature 44 units in a total, a mix of townhomes and duplex units. Home designs will offer a variety of floor plans ranging in size from 900 to 2,700 square feet of living space that can be finished to the buyer’s preferences. The first homes are expected to be completed later this spring.

Hyde Park Development Under Official Review Residence at Readville Station located in Boston's Hyde Park neighborhood is now under official review.  The proposed redevelopment program consists of the construction of approximately 305 residential units in two buildings providing a mix of rental and homeownership, with accessory garage parking for 221 vehicles. Including 4,200 square feet of restaurant/retail space with other amenities and services for building residents. Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2019 and take 18-months to complete.
