Allston Development Financed for $21.12 Million The project at 30 Penniman Road in Allston has been acquired by the Ballas Group for $5 million with $21.12 million in project financing granted via Needham Bank. Situated on approximately 11,639 square feet of land at 30 Penniman Road, in Boston’s Allston Neighborhood and nestled between Cambridge Street and the Massachusetts Turnpike, the approved project includes a new seven-story, 46-unit residential condominium building above ground-level parking for 42 total vehicles utilizing a mechanical parking system, lobby utility spaces and two artists’ loft live and workspaces on the ground level with direct access outside.
