30-Acre Redevelopment in Planning for Westborough Movie Theater Site
The Town of Westborough has received three responses to an RFP released for the redevelopment of 231 Turnpike Road.
Pulte Homes of New England LLC has proposed a residential development of the site. Plans call for 108 condominium units across three 3-story multifamily buildings.
LAX Media MA, LLC - a subsidiary of Apple Cinemas - proposes re-opening the theater. Plans call for a 12-screen Apple Cinemas-brand movie theater featuring a coffee bar.
Ferris Development Group LLC has proposed a co-working commercial center featuring nearly 50,000 square-feet of leasable makerspace for up to 100 commercial stalls.
