365 Unit Rockville Property Acquired for $110M

Nuveen Real Estate has acquired Mallory Square from Woodfield Development for $110M. The mixed-use project features 365 luxury apartments along with 1,600 square feet of ground-floor retail currently occupied by Dunkin' Donuts. Resident amenities within the building include a fitness center, and resort-style pool.
