The Peterson Companies is looking to combine a Fairfax County-owned site at 13500 Dulles Green Drive & their own neighboring vacant land to create an affordable multifamily development opportunity. The 11+ acre parcel steps from the new Innovation Center Metro station could feature 500 affordable units.
