Cranes in Place at Allston Lab Works Site
With cranes in place, foundation construction is progressing along Western Avenue at the Allston Lab Works site. Plans call for a 3-building project featuring 539,400 square-feet of office/lab space, 21,100 square feet of ground-floor retail, and an all-electric residential building. Allston Lab Works will provide life science companies and the greater Allston community with new creative outlets for exploration.
