Developer Acquires St. Petersburg Hotel for $6.35 Million
The Palm Grove Inn, located in downtown St. Petersburg, has been sold for $6.35 million. The buyer is an LLC connected to local developer Third Lake Partners. In December 2022, Third Lake Partners acquired three vacant parcels of land adjacent to the Palm Grove Inn for $6.5 million. The developer has not revealed its plans for the properties. The three-story Palm Grove Inn, which offers 74 rooms, originally opened in 1932 as the Ritz. The hotel is within walking distance of several attractions including Tropicana Field as well as shopping and dining establishments.
