Developer Proposes 4-Story Addition to Seaport Industrial Property, Doubling SF
The Davis Companies is planning to build a 4-story addition to 88 Black Falcon Avenue in the Seaport. The development would add an additional 330,600 SF of space to the 353,910 SF building.
In 2017 The Davis Companies acquired leasehold interest in 88 Black Falcon Avenue for $60 million.
