Parcel H is one of the last available parcels in the South Boston Waterfront, among the most sought-after real estate markets in the country. The 1.1 acre parcel (46,500 SF) to be made available through long‐term ground lease with potential to add an additional 1.4 acres (62,000 SF) with air rights over the Silver Line.
