Leggat McCall Properties is in the business of delivering complex real estate projects as investors, project managers, and advisors.

We have been an integral part of the Greater Boston real estate landscape since 1965. Our evolution has been driven by the idea that the investor/developer has a unique perspective and the discipline required to be a truly excellent advisor and project manager.

Starting with feasibility, we look at each project as if our own money is invested. We then bring our multi-disciplinary team together with our client to test assumptions, source debt and equity, obtain entitlements, manage design and construction, and, where required, oversee the marketing, leasing, and sales.
