Nubian Ascend Partners LLC is a developer partnership between 5 main cohorts which include Richard Taylor of Nubian Square Development llc, Kai and Chris Grant of Black Market Nubian llc, Mario San Jacinto from Almiranta Capital, Fergal Woods of Finance Boston, and Steven S Rogers.
Nubian Ascends will create a destination to attract visitors from all over the city and beyond to come and patronize community-based art, culture, shops, and businesses that will leverage other developments and bring the Square back to its former glory.
