Fort Myers Industrial Park Acquired for a Record $92.5 Million
Real Estate firm EQT Exter has acquired CenterLinks Business Park, an industrial center in Fort Myers, Florida, for $92.5 million, the largest industrial sale in the history of Lee County. The industrial center includes nine warehouse buildings with a combined 453,940 square feet of space. The 41-acre site is located off Alico Road near the intersection of Alico and I-75, with easy access to the freeway.
