Douglas Development Planning 350+ Units for Takoma Park Site
Douglas Development has released plans to replace the buildings at 6830 & 6896 Laurel Street in Takoma Park, formerly home to Strayer University. The new project would include 356 residential units, a mix of studios through 2 bedrooms along with 67 parking spaces and fitness center and resident lounge. Douglas acquired the site this past October.
