Johnson & Wales Files 2023 IMP, 670,000 SF of New Space and 200-Foot+ Towers Planned
has filed a 2023 institutional master plan for its two campuses in Providence, Rhode Island. Plans call for 365,000 square-feet of new development in Downcity Providence along Friendship and Pine streets featuring 100-foot, 275-foot, and 210-foot academic towers with 500 dormitory beds. Plans also detailed a 4-building development for the University's Harborside Campus featuring 305,000 square-feet of new office and academic floorspace.
