Partners Properties LLC was founded by Andrian Shapiro and Alex Matov. As they launch development in Massachusetts for their large portfolio of Quincy Center properties, they will be doing business under LBC Boston. LBC Boston is a diverse series of companies successfully managing both domestic and international projects in a number of industries including community development, healthcare, non-profit, venture capital, entertainment, hospitality and food retail. Shapiro and Matov have separately and mutually established a fleet of entrepreneurial and philanthropic ventures which include LBC Boston, Partners Proprieties, Zabota, Hancock Q. and Russian Benevolent Society.

Facade Install Wrapping Up For Nova Quincy: Leasing is Underway Facade install is wrapping up for Nova Quincy and leasing is underway for fall move-in. The mixed-use project will include 171 apartments and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The second floor of the bulding features a series of studios furnished with The Ori Studio Suite. Along with providing ample storage space, the Ori system allows tenants to reconfigure their space at the touch of a button, creating a cozy sleeping room when needed and opening up the living area when they don't.  Resident amenities will also include a fitness center, lounge with shared workspace, and concierge service.

LOI Filed for 350+ Unit Project in Allston Partners Properties has filed a Letter of Intent to replace the existing commercial building at 20 Linden Street and 6 dilapidated 3-story residential buildings at 24 Linden and 8-20 Pratt Street with 3 new residential buildings. The buildings would range in height from 16 stories to 4 stories and feature a total of 358 units, a mix of 306 rental units and 52 condos. The project, dubbed Nova Allston, will also include around 8,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and /or community space and a below-grade garage with parking for 180 cars.

Public Galleria Taking Shape at Nova Residences in Quincy Center The public galleria that will connect Hancock Street and the upcoming Quincy Center parking garage is beginning to take shape as part of the Nova Residences Quincy. The four-season galleria will feature public art, seating areas, and retail space. Nova Quincy will feature a total of 171 apartments, 36 on the second floor are convertible to hotel rooms should the market demand. The project also includes over 15,000 square feet of commercial space on the building’s ground floor that will help further activate this area of Quincy Center.

Modular Boxes in Place for Nova Residences Quincy The modular boxes that make up the top five floors of the Nova Residences in Quincy are now in place. The project will bring another 171 new apartments to Quincy Center. The building will also feature around 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, activating a previously vacant retail section along Hancock Street. As part of the development, a public galleria will be created to connect Hancock Street to the now under construction parking garage the city is building. The Nova Residences are set to open this summer.

Stacking of Modular Boxes Begins in Quincy Center Modular boxes have arrived and stacking has commenced for the Nova Residences at the heart of Quincy Center. Interior Core in Place for Nova Residences Quincy The interior core is in place for the upcoming 171 unit project, Nova Residences, in Quincy Center.  Modular boxes will be arriving soon to complete the upper floors of the project. The development will also feature 15,000sf of commercial space and will be connected to a public, 4 season galleria linking Hancock Street to a new 650-to-700-space parking garage that will be built by the City of Quincy. Nova Residences in Quincy Prepping for Modular Box Delivery Construction continues in the heart of Quincy Center for the upcoming Nova Residences.  The project will feature modular box design, with boxes set to arrive in October, according to Jonathan Miller, VP of Development and Acquisitions at LBC Boston.  The 171 unit project will also feature 15,000 sf commercial space and is expected to be complete in July 2019.

Foundation construction of Quincy Center mixed-use development underway The foundation of Nova Residences at Quincy, a 171-unit apartment development with over 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space located in burgeoning Quincy Center, is now being constructed. The project site has been graded, and concrete is being poured in order to construct the foundation's deep footings. In the coming months, vertical construction of the seven-story building will begin. Nova Residences at Quincy is expected to open in 2019 and will encompass 153,000 square feet. The building will include a new public ground-floor, all-weather galleria linking Hancock Street to a new 650-to-700-space public parking garage that will be built by the City of Quincy. Nova Residences luxury apartments now open in Brighton Construction of Nova Residences, a new 85-residence luxury apartment community, is now complete, and residences are now leasing. Nova Residences features studio and two-bedroom residences and is located steps from the MBTA Green Line, providing residents with easy access to Downtown Boston. Groundbreaking held for 171-unit apartment development in Quincy Center A groundbreaking ceremony was held today for Nova Residences of Quincy, a 171-unit apartment development with over 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space located in the heart of Quincy Center. Previously proposed as a 171-room hotel, the 153,000-square-foot building, located at 1500 Hancock Street, is expected to open in 2019 and will include 36 second-floor apartments that could be converted into hotel rooms should demand arise.

Facade nears completion at Brighton’s Nova Residences, luxury apartments opening this Fall Nova Residences’ newly constructed facade is nearing completion, with windows fully installed and metal panelling nearly fully complete. Interior finishing is underway in anticipation of the building’s September 1st opening. Nova Residences will feature 85 new luxury apartment residences, with amenities including indoor common rooms and manicured outdoor spaces. 171-room hotel proposed in Quincy Center Developer LBC Partners proposes to construct a 171-room hotel in the heart of Quincy Center at 1500 Hancock Street. The hotel is now under review by the City of Quincy and would be built on the site of an existing vacant retail strip owned by LBC and a portion of an adjacent city-owned parking lot, the same lot on which the 15-story Chestnut Place tower is proposed. The city is considering a land swap agreement in which the city would provide LBC with 10,196 square feet of the lot in exchange for a 2,535 square foot strip of land located in front of the existing retail buildings and 3,122 square feet of land behind the buildings. Per the agreement, LBC would also have the option to construct residential apartments at 1500 Hancock Street instead of a hotel.
